Description of ABC’s Services
ABC has over 19 years experience operating tutoring centers providing private supplemental remediation, tutoring, and enrichment services to thousands of K-12 students in three states and seventeen cities. ABC provides direct instruction in age appropriate subjects such as: Reading Writing, and Math. Our copyrighted multi-sensory programs, trained staff of Teachers, and proven methods, combined with One on
One, and small group instruction, ensure a minimum *grade level improvement in Reading or Math, in 24 to 40 hours of instruction or we continue teaching for free until achieved. Districts Per Pupil Funding determines the # of tutoring hours student will receive, typically from 24 to 32 hours, two to five times a week, for one to two hours per session. ABC’s been a State Department of Education Supplemental Service Provider since 2003, providing services to students in Arizona, California, and Georgia. In the 2004-2005 school year our teachers successfully improved the reading or math skills of over one thousand students.
* Restrictions Apply for students with learning Disabilities, and or special needs.

Process for Pre-Post Assessment, subject/s, goals, student ratio, and Reports
Placement is determined by pre-assessing each student with Parent/Guardian present. Recommendations regarding the subject to teach as well as specific goals, objectives, and timeline are determined, discussed, written, agreed upon, and signed by all parties. Progress is measured and documented at each lesson, progress reports as well as attendance is sent (with Invoice) to District a minimum of once a month. Parents/Guardian/Teacher/District are welcome and encouraged to meet with ABC’s teacher at students last lesson each week to discuss and review student progress. Post assessments are administered at students last session. Results are sent in English and Spanish to Parent/Guardian, and District.

Notes: If Districts charge a facilities use fee, that fee is added to the per hour fee.
If school or district charges a use or rental fee for site, ABC’s per hour fees increase to reflect the use or rental fees imposed by the district and or school.

ABC seeks to work with District personnel, Principals and school staff in the spirit of partnership and cooperation, such that we enrich the academic opportunities of the students, parents and guardians we serve.
